Second screen out

Experience of getting screen out second time in SSB:

The SSB is 5 days process, for which you need to give NDA or CDS written or can go through with technical and Ncc entry. These written exam happen every 6 month (1st- April, 2nd- September). The first day at SSB your documents will be checked and you will undergo two test OIR and PPDT test, Oir is simple reasoning test contains of verbal and non-verbal while ppdt is tough, where you will face competition. In PPDT you will be shown picture for 30 second and then you need to make story in 4min, moving forward you will be divided into groups and need to do narration and Group discussion infront of 3 accessors who are psych (who will judge your story), interviewer (who will judge your narration), GTO(who will see your gd and behaviour). In my case I had done lots of OIR so I did very good in that. For ppdt too I have practice as it was my second attempt and last time too I was screen out, so I prepared alot for it. The picture was shown and it was very open easy of 3 college students discussing something on board, since hackathon usually happens between 3-4 people, i decided to wrote on that. I was placed among repeaters, which includes 6 S/O including me, 3 C/O, and 2 PR. And our group was last, so I must have did 30 narration and was fully prepared along with voice modulation inbetween, then my group turn comes, all 5 s/o fumble their narration but I manage to pulled off good one. In c/o only 1 candidate was able to do narration without fumble meanwhile both PR narration was good. Moving to GD i was doing great, everybody was listening to my points whenever I was saying. Our common theme revolve around organising and participating in marathon competition. I gave good points and in the last 5 min was wrapping story too by summary. In the end one pr immediately said 131 for nomination as we have taken his theme and we all agreed. I was satisfied with my performance in everything, very confident that I will be screened in, this time for sure. Even one PR praised me for my narration and GD and was asking for his review from me, I talked with some repeaters and they were thinking of making me as common narrator. I was happy, had lunch, talked with my best friend and sister how well my all test have gone and finnally time for result came. We all sit on our desk with respective chest no. And in the result they all screened in 2 PR from the repeaters group. I was very angry and immediately left along with others. I taken my stuff, goes to my father who was waiting outside and explain everything in Anger.
